Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders placed on the web are despatched within 1-3 working days on receipt of your order. We try our level best to dispatch the following day however please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any delay and despatch the item as soon as it is in stock.
Contract Cancellation & Returns
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, an order can be canceled in writing within 7 working days after the day of delivery if boxed with all original packaging, unused and in perfect condition, whereby a refund will be provided less the costs of carriage. The goods have to be sent back at your own cost and we accept no responsibility if they are lost in transit. If orders are ready for dispatch and the customer cancels the order. The following charges apply.
Parcel Cancellation: £20
Pallet Cancellation: £40
All cancellations must be made in writing via email and telephone cancellations are not accepted.
