1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused and in their original condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-cut rubber products
- Made-to-order items

- Clearance or sale items

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Goods
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
